This is one of my all-time favorite mantras.

Download it and add it on your phone as a reminder to yourself that you are STRONG and so resilient, which is especially important to remember in changing times. Say this affirmation aloud to yourself while using doTERRA Balance essential oil blend. Simply pour 2-3 drops of Balance into your palm, rub your hands together, cup them over your nose/mouth and gently inhale. This blend is so calming and grounding!
